Sessions last 15–30 minutes. Each calendar booking reserves a 30-minute time slot. Appointment start times run Monday–Friday from 8:15 a.m. to 8:15 p.m. Eastern Time, with 15-minute buffers before and after.

What timezone is used?

Times are shown in your local timezone, detected automatically from your browser. All appointments are held in Eastern Time (America/New_York).

Can I change my session after selecting it?

Yes. Use the Back button to return and pick another, or change the session dropdown directly on the booking form.

Is the scheduler live right now?

The booking system is live. Times are offered on a 15-day schedule (today plus 14 rolling days) across weekdays and weekends, with more slots released as the date approaches.

How does the confirmation work?

Your confirmation email is sent in the language of the page you used. It includes the session details, an Add to Google Calendar link, and an Add to Apple Calendar link. Calendar entries are copies and do not sync automatically.

Can I bring a colleague?

You can forward the calendar invitation to colleagues. Guests do not receive a separate booking-form email.

How many slots are shown per day?

The rolling release curve starts with 1 offered time tomorrow and grows to up to 7 times per day by day 14. Weekends offer 2–3 times daily. Booked times disappear; unlisted times are not necessarily already booked.

How far in advance can I book?

You can book up to 14 days ahead. Choose any time shown as available on the calendar.

Is the scheduler live right now?

The booking page displays times only when the shared booking service and verified email sender are ready. Google and Apple calendar entries are not connected to an existing calendar.
